This website is run by DOS Water Bottles, based in Auckland, New Zealand. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

Products

We aim to show every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.

Pricing

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Orders

All orders depend on stock being available. We may cancel or refuse an order if needed, for example if an item is out of stock or a price is listed wrongly. If we cancel your order, you'll get a full refund.

Custom engraved bottles

Please check your spelling before ordering. Engraved bottles are made just for you, so we can't accept change of mind returns on them.

Liability

DOS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using our products or website, except where the law says we are.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
